
Reservation Opt-Out, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At The Fisherman's Wharf, we value every guest reservation. To ensure fair table availability and smooth operations across our outlets, the following policies apply to all reservations made directly through our website, by phone, or via third-party platforms such as ReserveGo.

1. Opt-Out Policy (Marketing & Communication)

By making a reservation, guests may receive booking confirmations, reminders, or service-related messages.

Promotional communication is optional.

Guests may opt out at any time from marketing messages by:

Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in promotional emails,

Replying STOP to SMS campaigns, or

Writing to us at [Insert Email ID] requesting removal from marketing lists.

Opting out of marketing will not affect your ability to continue making reservations or dining with us.

2. Reservation Confirmation

Reservations are confirmed via email or SMS depending on the contact details provided.

Guests are requested to arrive on time to retain their table.

Tables will be held for 15 minutes from the booked time unless prior intimation is provided.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made by contacting the respective outlet or via the confirmation link (where available).

If plans change, guests are kindly requested to cancel at least 2 hours in advance to allow us to accommodate other diners.

For large group reservations (8+ guests), cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.

4. No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when a guest fails to arrive without prior cancellation.

Frequent no-shows may result in:

Reservation restrictions for future bookings,

Requirement of advance deposits for future reservations,

Automatic blacklisting on the booking system (case-to-case basis).

For special events (festivals, brunches, themed nights), advance booking deposits may be non-refundable in the event of a no-show.

5. Reservation Modifications

Guests may modify reservation time, date, or party size (subject to availability).

Modifications must be made through the same reservation channel used at the time of booking.

6. Table Allocation

Reservation guarantees a table but does not guarantee specific seating preferences like outdoor, poolside, or stage view tables.

Seating preferences will be honored subject to availability at arrival.

7. Third-Party Reservations (ReserveGo)

Reservations made via ReserveGo are subject to their terms and conditions along with ours.

Any technical booking issues or failed confirmations via ReserveGo must be addressed directly through their support.

The Fisherman's Wharf reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings made via ReserveGo if required due to operational reasons.
